I think we generally ignore colors, their inner voice, origin and significance – less truth in their dress combinations, more, and decisively in the perspective of looking at the miracle we attend, which can most effectively be called life. More and more often I meet with people who are clever to world and domestic politics, and their “cramped” lives use all the nuances of black, in words, in motion, view. Then their words stick to their lives and it is no longer black only for some statistics, but their morning, expected tomorrow, the very life …. What is the moment, I wonder, when does a man give his voluntary consent to blackness? Why is the prevalence of anxiety in our city, why did we accept that we put our personality and self-sufficiency under this multifarious anglicism? Are they real circumstances, the noise that they feel in communicating with the neighbors, the environment, the room or the opportunities in the world?
I mean, none of this is and can not be crucial for the absence of joy. It is a gentle consent to take life away from what is inherently immoral! Because joy does not have to materialize through the large income or paid arrangement for the desired destination, but there is also the joy of the birth of flowers, the sunset, the fingers of the toes on the feet while we fold in the bed with the first morning coffee … Are these things insufficient?
They are not, on the contrary. It will deny me many solid facts that a modern man can not be happy, that stress is an integral part of every day, that the uncertainty in which we live is immersing. And I give them the right. But, but only when they prove that they have done a minimum for themselves – set aside 10 minutes for a proper breathing technique and four hours a week for exercise. Otherwise, I do not accept excuses.
Today many scientific research dealing with the key topic of the new millennium, to help a person under stress, accept, even recommend techniques that yoga has ruled for thousands of years. Proper breathing and relaxation techniques, and exercise system, necessary for the individual’s psycho-physical health. But when we adopt and begin to practice this knowledge, there are also those feelings and drivers that we have almost forgotten to exist. WISH, to do something for ourselves, PEACE – which will not be affected by an irresistible timer as a reminder of new obligations. CHALLENGE – to overcome the obstacles, the first physical, and then the spiritual ones that mean: accepting myself, accepting life because life is not dungeon but God’s coloring book, I accept adultery because it is not punishment but exam, I accept weakness because after it comes the strength. When we adopt this little vocabulary of forgotten notions, we will find out that the paths around us, that life is an enchanting combination of colors, feelings, impulses, that there is no psychic barrier, the choice means life, so he was at least bedding with the first morning coffee. So I’m going back to the beginning of the text. Do not ignore the colors – because life is not dungeon but a coloring book. It’s up to us to take the first step. Plant a flower, follow the sunset, feel with your best friend, master the breathing technique…
