Why yoga?

This question is so common with yoga students, it’s easy to answer: I do yoga because I choose life, because I want peace, because I strive for better, because I strive for peace. We all in this world want exactly that kind of thing and in that order.

Therapeutic yoga improves the overall health of the body, regulates the nervous, respiratory, digestive, reproductive and circulatory systems; blood pressure and hormones, triggers body metabolism, cleanses the body of toxins, frees us from fears, neuroses, negative thoughts, depressive states.

Yoga brings us back to ourselves. Yoga is a challenge and visible work on yourself. Yoga is a way of saying: Life, it’s the most beautiful thing in the world!
