The exercise program is based on the long-standing experience of Snežana and working with people to extract the greatest benefits from them.
Primarily, we focus on three aspects:
- Make the body alignment, where the whole body and mind are used to reach the awareness even of the smallest parts of the body.
- The second aspect is the correct sequences in which the power of positive effects lies.
- The third aspect refers to the timing. The student must learn how to enter the asanas and how long he needs to stay in the position.
The program consists of:
– Asane (body position)
– Pranayama (breathing techniques)
– Yoga Nidra (relaxation)
