Exercise program

The exercise program is based on the long-standing experience of Snežana and working with people to extract the greatest benefits from them.

Primarily, we focus on three aspects:

1. Make the body alignment, where the whole body and mind are used to reach the awareness even of the smallest parts of the body.
2. The second aspect is the correct sequences in which the power of positive effects lies.
3. The third aspect refers to the timing. The student must learn how to enter the asanas and how long he needs to stay in the position.
The program consists of:
- Asane (body position)
- Pranayama (breathing techniques)
- Yoga Nidra (relaxation)
Asanes

The path towards health

Yoga works with the body, not against the body, stimulating its functions and natural energy, in the way that, firstly, calms the mind, and secondly, brings the body and emotions into perfect balance. Generally, asana signifies the physical position that works in a certain way with retention in position at least half a minute. Unlike asanas in other types of yoga, the therapeutic yoga enters deeper into the pose and insists on proper posture. Each asana, depending on the discomforts that are being treated and the capabilities of each individual student, has its own precise timing. Just when you think it is the most demanding and almost inaccessible of all disciplines, it is followed by knowledge that this approach involves working with props (more detail in the next chapter). The legend says that Shiva performed 84 basic positions of asana in her dance. This was the basis from which Yoga and all its variants later developed. Asana is the Sanskrit word and signifies the position of the body. Positions are taken from nature, animal movements or the position (shape) of the plants, hence they are called the position of the cat, of the tiger cobra or the lotus. Asanas have a beneficial effect on muscles, breathing, joints, blood, the nervous and lymphatic system, all organs and glands, mind and chakras (energy centers). With these exercises we achieve the contentment, tranquility, relaxation and the feeling of inner freedom and peace. Stretching in various asanas for a few minutes, we develop determination, while simultaneously achieve calm and balanced breathing and the spread of the lungs, we gain peace.

1 /   Very quickly the results become visible

2 /  After a few lessons pains are practically lost.

Asane- the full balance of the body, mind and spirit

The most frequent word in yoga is asana and many are prone to assume that asana is a gymnastic exercise of stretching. However, asanas are much more than that - they are body positions that have been developing for centuries with which they affect each muscle, nerve and gland in the body. Asanas bring, as confirmed by all health professionals, firmness, health and lightness of the limbs. They drive away tiredness and stress. But, unlike mere physical stretching, they discipline the mind. Therefore, the health gained by practicing asanas is not mere survival. It is a state of complete balance between the body, the mind and the spirit. .

1 /   Stretching in various asanas within a few minutes, we develop determination;

2 /   By smooth and balanced breathing and weaving the lungs, we will achieve inner peace...
Pranayama

Life In Your Own Hands

A wondrous, ancient segment of yoga, technique of breathing, pranayama, is the most efficient fighter against all diseases of modern life. It relieves tension, suppressed emotions, fears, frustration, activates breathing, allows more oxygen intake into the body and brain, makes us emotionally and mentally healthy, relaxes us. The word pranayama itself is composed of two words of prana which means breath, life energy, and ayama stretching. It influences consciously on the flow of breathing, it actually affects the state of our body and spirit because by controlling prana, we control ourselves

1 /   Breathing technique is quickly learned

2 /  Results are immediately visible.
Yoga nidra

Relaxation

The path to self-knowledge leads through Yoga nidra or Joga's sleep, deep relaxing technique, similar to meditation, which allows bringing the state of consciousness to the boundary between sleep and java. Unlike in ordinary sleep, in yoga sleep, we remain awake and relaxed at the same time, and with this, we are ready to follow the instructions of the teacher. This deeply relaxing technique stimulates the activity of the subconscious parts of the mind and enables physical, emotional and mental relaxation. Science has not left this field of yoga undiscovered. Research shows that deep relaxation removes tension and fatigue, improves concentration and memory, alleviates depression and anxiety, reduces stress, stimulates creativity and increases body stamina. The body gradually returns to natural healing abilities. Feeling of weight and tension are being replaced by ease and peace.
